Desiree Dennis is the Principal Designer at Desiree Dennis Designs. She studied Interior Design at New York Institute of Art + Design. Her extensive background as a principle for a general contracting company coupled with her love of all things Design, i.e., Architecture- both Structural and Aesthetics, (all the way down to the feather blend of your favorite pillow or your eco conscious non-toxic organic pillow) lead her to following her passion of Interior Design. 

Her motto of “Don’t spend your life wishing it was different, BE THE DIFFERENCE”, carries over into her professional career. She truly listens to the intention of her clients to be the difference. Realizing some, not all, have a hard time visualizing and vocalizing exactly what they want and differentiating between wants & needs. Let’s be honest, we all mostly feel our “wants” are our “needs.” 

Her personal style is modern sophistication with infused organic bohemian rhapsody. Which is a fancy way to say, she personally loves intertwining modern elements of functionality with organic materials.

“I am obsessed with architecture, harmonious imperfections, complex textural patterns, monochromatic visual colorways & raw organic materiality’s. Blending period styles and furniture with modern elements of design is my thing. I believe decluttering your space, declutters your mind. Your space should reflect who you are as an extraordinary human being. It should bring you joy. Give you feelings of inner peace. It’s your sanctuary in these unprecedented times.”
